We do not collect any of your personal information unless you provide it to us and give permission to use it. If you give us permission, only Sports Endeavors, Inc. companies will email you.

SAFETY AND SECURITY POLICY

Our website uses industry-standard security measures to ensure the safety of your information. Your credit card charge will reflect an order from “SEI*BACHARACH”.

BACKORDER POLICY

An order for an item that is temporarily out of stock is called a "backorder." When you place an item on backorder, we will ship the item to you via our regular ground shipping as soon as it becomes available. You are never charged for a back-ordered item until it is shipped, and you may cancel an item on backorder at any time. You do not pay additional shipping for backorders. In regards to an international order, we can only ship one package per international order. If your order consists of several items, one or more of which are on backorder, we cannot ship the in-stock items until the backordered items become available. If you want to receive your in-stock items right away, you must remove the backordered items from your order and re-order them when they are in-stock.

DELIVERY POLICY

All orders from Soccer Deal of the Day.com are processed between 8:00AM and 4:00PM. (ET), Monday through Friday. As long as we receive your order within our processing time and the items that you order are in stock, your order will be shipped within 24 hours.

Regular ground shipping takes from 3 to 12 business days, depending on your distance from us (within the Continental U.S.) For ground shipping to AK, HI, or PR add $5.00 to the Regular Ground shipping rate. For ground shipping to GU or VI add $10.00 to the Regular Ground shipping rate.

You can upgrade to Express 2 Day Shipping for an additional $11.00 onto the Regular Ground shipping rate and have your items delivered within two business days, provided that we receive your order before 4:00PM (ET). For 2 Day Shipping to AK, HI, PR, GU, or VI add $13.00 to the Express 2 Day shipping rate.

You can also order Express Shipping for an additional $20.00 onto the Regular Ground shipping rate and have your items delivered the next business day, provided that we receive your order before 4:00PM (ET). For Express Shipping to AK, HI, PR, GU, or VI add $18.00 to the Express shipping rate.

ORDERS OVER $500 SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping charges for orders over $500 will be calculated as a percent, based on order sub-total.

Percentages for orders shipped to the Continental U.S. or to an APO or FPO address are as follows:
Ground - 5%
2 Day - 6.5%
Next Day - 8%

Percentages for orders shipped to AK, HI, PR, GU, or VI are as follows:
Ground - 7%
2 Day - 8.5%
Next Day - 10%

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY POLICY

International customers will be required by their country to pay duties and taxes before they receive their package. These rates vary by country. Please take note of this extra cost, as it is not included with your merchandise and shipping charges.
